My career was built inside demanding, fast-moving businesses where financial information has to be both accurate and useful. I began at Marriott International, where rigorous financial standards established the foundation for my disciplined approach to clean, reliable reporting. I went on to spend nine years in hotels and nine years in restaurant organizations before moving into independent consulting.

I have worked in both publicly traded and privately held companies, giving me an appreciation for formal reporting standards as well as the practical, hands-on needs of owners and closely held organizations.

That operating background shapes how I work today. I understand that the books do not exist in isolation—the numbers reflect people, systems, processes, timing, and decisions made across the organization.

I’m comfortable working at both levels: tracing a discrepancy through detailed transactions and stepping back to explain what it means for leadership. Clients value my ability to find the issue, organize complexity, and communicate the conclusion clearly.

Based in Atlanta and working remotely, I partner with organizations that value experience, accountability, and thoughtful financial stewardship.
